墨西哥對中國不銹鋼實(shí)施臨時(shí)反傾銷稅

無錫不銹鋼板廠家2019年11月22日訊 墨西哥經(jīng)濟(jì)秘書處（SE）已經(jīng)對進(jìn)口自中國的不銹鋼冷軋板材實(shí)施臨時(shí)反傾銷稅。

The Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) has imposed provisional anti-dumping 

duties on cold-rolled flat stainless steel imports from China.

Kallanish（開闌商務(wù)信息咨詢）獲悉，墨西哥當(dāng)局的一份文件顯示，正在進(jìn)行的反傾銷調(diào)查也

包括進(jìn)口自臺灣地區(qū)的不銹鋼。但是，未對臺灣螺紋鋼征收初步反傾銷稅。

The ongoing anti-dumping investigation also includes stainless imports 

originating from Taiwan. However, preliminary duties will not be applied to goods from Taiwan, according to a document from Mexican authorities monitored by Kallanish.

墨西哥聯(lián)邦官方公報(bào)（DOF）在11月21日公布，山西太鋼不銹鋼股份有限公司的產(chǎn)品稅率

為121.46%，所有其他中國公司的冷軋不銹鋼板材稅率為88.42%。

The country’s Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) announced on 

21 November that the duty for Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co. Ltd. product is at 121.46%. It is at 88.42% for imports of cold-rolled flat stainless steel for all other Chinese companies.

墨西哥于2019年4月啟動調(diào)查。被調(diào)查產(chǎn)品包括寬度大于或等于600mm、厚度為0.3-1mm的板材，以及寬度小于600mm、厚度為0.3-4.0mm的板材，海關(guān)編碼為7219.34.01, 7219.35.01 和 7220.20.02。

The investigation began in April 2019 following a

complaint by local producer and trader Outokumpu Mexinox (OTK). It covers products with a width greater than or equal to 600mm and of thickness between 0.3-1mm, and of width less than 600mm and thickness between 0.3-4.0mm. These are classified under codes 7219.34.01, 7219.35.01 and 7220.20.02.

調(diào)查期為2017年10月1日至2018年9月30日。

The period of investigation is between 1 October 2017 and 30 September 2018.
